Frequently Asked Questions
Answering your curiosities with compassion and clarity.
What is Tantra, really?
Tantra is an ancient spiritual path that honors the body, mind, and soul as sacred. It’s not just about sexuality—it’s about presence, connection, energy, and awakening to the fullness of life. In its essence, Tantra invites you to experience the divine through embodiment, emotion, intimacy, and stillness.
At The Heart Centered Being, Tantra is a path of healing, liberation, and remembrance.
Is Tantra just about sex?
No. While sacred sexuality is one aspect of Tantra, it’s only a small part of a much deeper spiritual tradition. Tantra is about conscious living—meeting all parts of yourself with love and awareness. That includes your breath, your emotions, your relationships, your shadow, and yes—your pleasure, too.
Do I need to be in a relationship to practice Tantra?
Not at all. Many people come to this work on their own. Your relationship with yourself is the foundation.
Tantra supports individuals in deepening their self-awareness, emotional healing, and embodied presence. If you’re partnered, we can also work together to enhance intimacy, communication, and sacred connection in your relationship.
What happens in a private session with you?
